The Natural Hair Styling Course at Hairoglyphics Academy in Dothan, Alabama, offers a specialized program designed for individuals interested in mastering the art of styling natural hair. Led by Nassandra Corbitt, a licensed cosmetology instructor and owner of Hairoglyphics Hair and Beauty Salon, this course will provide students with the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to excel as professional natural hair stylists.
Throughout the course, students will learn various techniques for working with natural hair, including:
- Cleansing and conditioning natural hair
- Weaving and interweaving techniques
- Hair extensions and locking methods
- Braiding and intricate hair arrangements
Students will focus on styling methods that avoid the use of cutting, coloring, permanent waving, relaxing, or chemical treatments, providing a more holistic approach to hair care and styling.
